WHEN YOU ARE IN MEDITATION YOU DON'T TRY TOO BE HARD AND DON'T STOP TRYING COMPLETELY. DO MEDITATION IN JUST RELAXED WAY, NEITHER TOO HARD NOR TO SOFT, JUST IN A RELAXED WAY, PLAYFUL WAY. WHEN YOU TRY TOO HARD IN MEDITATION YOU BECOMES TENSE, WHEN YOU ARE NOT TRYING AT ALL YOU BECOME LAZY. JUST TAKE IT EASY TO TAKE THE TASTE OF CELEBRATION IN MEDITATION. YOU ARE BUDDHA
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, YOU ARE BUDDHA
you are Buddha, if you have started groping for the light, if you have started longing for the dawn, in whose hearts a seed no longer seed but has become a sprout, has started growing. you are Buddha, you have change your way, your way is now the way to nirvana . discover the beauty discover the reality in you. don't go for lies, lies can be invented. the truth has to discovered not to invented. if you started investment deep inside for Buddha then the Bodhisattva is growing inside and you are listening the sound of your inner world. Buddha is compassion, it is pure and this stage comes from eternal deep silence. where only silence is there is Buddha, no actions , no prayer.when you become the part of this cosmic energy at that time you are with the whole at that time really you are . feel it inside.

sleep like buddha
SLEEPING BUDDHA
be a child like in sleeping. complete your day time work to get good sleep, complete sleep is without dreams.in Buddha's sleeping nothing is incomplete, everything, every moment is complete and perfect, while you go to your bed just go completely like a clean mirror. there is no desire, no passion in Buddha's sleeping. you are always dreaming and restless in your sleep because you never learn to complete yourself , when you sleep silently and consciously you whole body become temple, be innocent and authentic in sleep and feel Buddha inside.

the great artist of colors is no more but he is still here and always be remembered by his great art. no one can forget him because he always did miraculous work in the field of painting. he was 95 but young thought and great dreams, he fulfilled his dreams in his art. he was the master of the masters. there is deep philosophy in his painting and every style of painting is authentic.his art is eternal no one can forget.

when you move in to nature, the trees blowing, the breeze blowing, the sound of the river the sound of the wind is there, when you inter into the nature with emptiness the whole nature become harmonious. nature cannot disturb you, you can listen the whole, just go deep inside and you will listen the sound of soundless nature.
