mental health is not a any kind of thing. it is not a matter of physical phenomena. basically mental health is complete physical and mental well being. any one who is physically healthy, living the life with natural way, taking physical and mental exercises daily, meditating and focusing energy at any point to concentrate and make the mind more and more energetic. mental health is ability to work more effectively and efficiently. mental health is self inner therapy. it is the psychological treatment of the inner world.
        mental health is always there, mental health always within us, but it needs our presence of mind. you just have to do one thing to attain mental health, just be with yourself. when you will be with yourself, you will feel tremendous happiness and that stage is the purest form of your mental well being.
