sun is rising, meditation is rising in you, you just sit and look at the cool rays of rising sun early in the morning and feel that light is coming from your inner, your inner is full of energy, and this energy is Buddha's energy.

 MEDITATION BRINGS BALANCE AND HARMONY
WHEN YOU ARE IN MEDITATION YOU DON'T TRY TOO BE HARD AND DON'T STOP TRYING COMPLETELY. DO MEDITATION IN JUST RELAXED WAY, NEITHER TOO HARD NOR TO SOFT, JUST IN A RELAXED WAY, PLAYFUL WAY. WHEN YOU TRY TOO HARD IN MEDITATION YOU BECOMES TENSE, WHEN YOU ARE NOT TRYING AT ALL YOU BECOME LAZY. JUST TAKE IT EASY TO TAKE THE TASTE OF CELEBRATION IN MEDITATION. WHEN YOU TRY THE MEDITATION PLAYFULLY YOU NEITHER LAZY NOR TENSE, THERE WILL BE BEAUTY, GRACE , BALANCE AND HARMONY IN YOUR LIFE. JUST YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT EASY.
