solar plexus also known as 'nabhi chakra' is the controlling centre for all the organs. at times due to acute gas problem or lifting of heavy articles, the nabhi center gets shifted. the upward shift leads to constipation and downward shifting brings in more motions. in the long run it affects the digestive system. this cannot be cured by drugs.
