freedom is our most precious treasure. and don't loss it for anything at any condition, make it more live and enjoyable.enjoy the every moment of life whether you are happy or sad, if you are sad make your sadness more live and watch it, why and where sadness is, when you aware about your sadness it will disappear and happiness will take place instead of sadness. you can try it.remember when you are sharing your joy, you don't a prison for anybody, you simply give, you simply share your love, you simply make the other happy. you are giving and you have something to give, you are sharing with nature you love and your affection. you are giving because you are so full you have to give. now, give to the world the best you have and the best will always come back to you because this is the only way to promote mental health.
