meditation and mental health
at the time of meditation feel more like a liquid than solid because as more you become liquid more energy will flow in your body than like a solid body.so let the body  flow like liquid in meditation.just sit relax for five minute and focus your mind and body on a different concept of liquid.whirlpool of energy will creat and you will feel the waves of energy in you.do it daily for half an hour to feel relaxation repeat it daily to become more and more energetic and feel happiness
