NOW AND HERE

live in present and here and now is meditation, meditation is nothing but it is the present moment, live in the present so deeply, so completely, that nothing is left. then there will be no projection. when you move into the tomorrow without carrying an load from the past then you are really in love with nature, you are in meditation. when you are free from your past and future then the new dawn, new morning will welcome you with eternal energy and endless celebration.
