mind as well as the body grows older 
daily, sweeping us along in the path of an inevitable process of change.as the mind and the body change everything change with the passage of time but remember the meditation techniques keeps you always fresh and active whole the day not whole the day but always and forever, because meditation is the ultimate path to get rid from any type of problem in life. if you want to make your life happy and contented for ever you have to include meditation in your routine life processes.meditation is compassion and passion is love, passion is fire, passion is life also and make it meditation.
