meditate for mental health
if the thoughts are good the person will be good if the thoughts are bad the person will be bad. meditation is the discovery of presence of god, god resides within us.meditation polish the character and gives the normal and real shape to the body and mind. meditation gives us the experience of freshness. it improve the quality of life and make the ground for mental health. it is the inner experience, it is the deepest prayer of silence to sit with self and feel the natural fragrance of love and eternal life. meditation is like a thread of kite which fly the kite high in the sky. meditation keeps us away from the dust of world. meditation is color of life, it is passion, it is compassion.
