WORLD HEALTH DAY 7 APRIL, 2011

every year we celebrate world health day world level, but i think no one knows what is health exactly. when you are abnormal in your day to day activities it means you are ll somewhere, when you are whole, when you are normal and complete with natural way, you are healthy. when you are fragmented, divided, split you are unhealthy. your health is in your own hand. when your body parts are in conflict it means you are unhealthy.the sanskrit word for health is very beautiful-the word is swastha it means to be in one's self, when you are in your self there is no ego. the English word 'health' also is beautiful from a different viewpoint. it comes from the same root as the word whole comes from wholeness.
a healthy body needs a healthy mind and there are three pillars of good and holistic health.
* take right diet don't overeat and feel grateful.
* do right exercise that work is worship, make your work worship.
* and third thing is right sleep. and if you are complete in three things then you can think better.
A very great doctor, Kenneth walker, has said in his autobiography that according to his lifelong experiences he can say that whatever people eat, half of it fills the stomach and half of it fills the stomachs of the doctors, if they eat only half of what they eat usually then they would not be sick at all, and there would be no need of doctors.so make your own rules and each person should discover what is the best arrangement for him. for three months each person should experiment with his work, with his sleep and with his diet and should find out what are the most healthy and most peaceful and blissful rules for him. just try it you can change the way of your life.
